Family classes are held on select days throughout the year: Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Thanksgiving weekend. They are a chance for parents and siblings to train alongside KMAC students in a fun, low-pressure environment.
No prior experience needed. If your child trains at KMAC, family classes are for you.
