Our Little Pandas program for the youngest martial artists
Kids Martial Arts at KMAC is designed for children ages 4-7 who are ready for their first experience on the mat. Our Little Pandas program is where most KMAC families start. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday from 5:00-5:30 PM in a structured, age-appropriate environment focused on what young children actually need: following directions, coordinating their bodies, and learning how to work in a group.
We are not trying to teach four-year-olds advanced Hapkido. We are teaching them how to listen, take turns, and feel proud of something they worked for. When a Little Panda earns a stripe, they did something to earn it. That moment matters more than most parents expect.
Every class is led by Master Alex or one of our certified black belt instructors. Students follow the same 11-level belt progression as our older programs, with all ranks certified by the World Kido Federation. At age 7, students graduate into Youth Martial Arts.
On their very first day, your child will break a board and earn their white belt. It is the starting line. And they will talk about it for weeks.
